Dadi always said, ‘ghar pahave bandhun ani lagna pahave karun’, translated it means, experience the joy and efforts in building a house and marrying. Wedding is the most important day, definitely, but it is finale of 1000 different things planned in the backend to all work in sync to perfection on the day to make it happen. These 1000 things, fortunately for us, was just 1 - Panaash Entertainment. Our wedding planner. Everything delivered, all demands, realistic or unrealistic, fulfilled, all activities planned, conceptualised and executed to perfection with a smile that never goes away. From pre-wedding photoshoot where the team worked tirelessly continuously for hours and won us over to the 2 wedding days and the receptions that followed, we just had to call Panaash and we knew the task is done. Managing this entire thing between 2 cities and a pandemic, Yash and Mayur made sure that these 2 days became the most memorable 2 days because we didn’t have to worry about anything but our expressions in the photos!!!! I am so glad we chose Panaash for our wedding planning. Yash and Mayur took care of each and every thing; even the things we didn't think about were taken care of. Our entire family was spread across the globe but Yash and Mayur did an amazing job in coordinating and finding out about all our needs. Even the slightest worry we had was personally handled by either Yash or Mayur. We had so many things change during the planning phase but they were so patient and understanding about everything. For so many things we went with their recommendation and honestly that was the best decision. They both know what they are doing and always recommend the best options under the given circumstances. During the actual wedding events, my wife and I had shadows provided by Panaash who did such an awesome job of taking care of our every need. Shout out to Mayur Surve who really went beyond in helping me with everything. Even the guests were praising how awesome the event was organized and the hospitality of the Panaash team. My experience with Panaash Entertainment has been nothing but wonderful. Yash and Mayur were so patient in handling me( as I would get hyper very frequently, the moment I found anything missing or not upto my imagination) . When we were onboarded with them, they had promised us the best experience and the kind of wedding we had in our minds, and they did live upto their words. I won’t be exaggerating if I would say they treated our wedding as some personal event and worked days and night to make our wedding memorable for us and our guests. They were always available for the call no matter what time it was. PST/ IST definitely not a problem for them. I would strongly recommend their service for anyone’s wedding because you can trust them that the final events are going to be exactly what you would have dreamt of for your big day.

A month too late for the review. Team Panaash weren’t less than a family to us for the past couple of months. From making a road map to planning the events to executing the event. They did everything. We didn’t even have to follow up. The entire team was so well organised and informed about every detail. The entire 3 day event was very smooth and every smallest detail and demand was taken care of. Thank you for being a wonderful team. Mohit and I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy every moment of our wedding if it were not for you guys ❤️

Planning a wedding in the times of corona was an uphill task but the ever-calm and supremely efficient duo that Yash and Mayur are made our entire experience super memorable. Right from designing the invites, finalizing the decor, the food tasting and every small and big thing, the two of them made our journey very smooth sailing and shielded us from all manner of stress. I would surely have had multiple panic attacks in the days before the wedding if it weren't for Yash and Mayur. They even managed to find me a bunch of fresh pink and white roses at 5:30 am to put in my hair for my morning wedding ceremony. We could just focus on enjoying the wedding without worrying about anything else. All our guests had a wonderful time and everyone had words of praise for how the three events were organized. Personally had a double experience with Panaash for two weddings in the Family. First - as a bride and second - my brother’s wedding - which was just two months away from my wedding. Listing down both the experiences below . 1) As a bride - Ours being a destination wedding , we were concerned with the smooth onboarding of the guests - from different parts of the City - coming together. But trust Panaash with everything - they are through professionals and every task given to them, will be done in the best way possible. For a bride - they took care of all my requirements and even went the extra mile. Some of their teammates who were there to help me with everything - it made things a lot easier. They’re literally available 24*7! When it comes to anything - wedding - they need to be your go to vendors as every little detail will be taken care of by them and you can sit back and enjoy your function. 2) Brother’s wedding - It was a no brainer to go with Panaash, for my brother ‘s wedding , for a seamless experience. And they did not disappoint at all. By this point, Panaash had become like a family to us. They genuinely care about your wishes. Yash and Mayur will make sure your wedding is a grand success. If you speak to Yash and give him tasks , which may also be out of their work purview, he’ll say his trademark dailogue “ ho jayega “. My partner and I reached out to Yash and Mayur to handle our wedding preparation during the challenging time of Covid in 2020. They were very helpful in executing our ideas. Yash and Mayur had a wonderful team on the wedding day and we couldn't have asked for more. Our families and us were able to enjoy the wedding without worrying about any logistics and Covid-related safety measures as Panaash Co. did an outstanding job on that day. From vendor management, guest management to having trusted team whom we could have complete faith on, was taken care of really well. Yash and Mayur are a fantastic duo who not only promised, but also delivered a smooth, extremely well organized, and beautiful pre-wedding and wedding ceremonies! Despite timezone differences, Yash was very flexible and co-ordinated everything, right from the larger to the minutest details with my parents and me, and was very mindful of the design aesthetic I had in mind while co-ordinating with the various vendors/designers involved in the process. They kept their cool when our reception venue and guest accommodations were canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (only a few months prior to the wedding date), and were a steady support for my parents through the entire rebooking process. On the days of the ceremony, they ensured that all the “mahurat” times were met by the entire wedding party, and took a personal interest to ensure everyone’s needs were met through the celebrations. Who knew selecting a wedding planner would be a more difficult task then planning your entire wedding.After looking for months and meeting several wedding planners we finally decided on Panaash Entertainment.Yash and Mayur gave us the warmth and confidence that they would be able to manage all our expectations and tantrums that went through out the wedding Planning.We can say Our wedding planning would have been the most difficult thing for the team as we had three venue changes and thanks for the Covid situation every change was more difficult than the previous one.However, Yash and Mayur were always on their best game come what the situation may.We had a rollercoaster ride right up from selecting the venue, the venders, to the photoshoot etc.we can say our wedding wouldnt have been possible without the help of Mayur and Yash.They were our counsellors- cum - family members - cum - event planners - cum - advisers at every step in the planning.They were there for us when we had breakdowns and felt like nothing was gonna work out.They help us select the best vendors for every requirement of the wedding and also made sure that we got them at the best negotiable prices.Not only did they help us plan the wedding meticulously but they also help us plan many small memories before the wedding.We literally changed the venue for the wedding 15 days before the wedding and Yash and Mayur without wasting time make the best out of it.The best thing about Mayur and Yash was they always looked for our advantage over everything else and that’s what matters the most.Honestly thinking back we feel blessed to select them as they made everything look so easy for us.Panaash Entertainment is blessed with an amazing team who is hard - working and determined.Words will fall less to describe how thankful we are to have them planned our wedding.After the wedding we feel we ' ve got friends for life in Mayur and Yash.
